Gluskin Sheff was one of Canada’s leading wealth management firms, needed to ensure its communications reflected the precision, trust, and sophistication of its brand. Over time—and through two major rebranding exercises—the firm had accumulated hundreds of marketing, sales, client, and internal assets that had become inconsistent in tone, quality, and presentation. They needed a partner who could bring clarity and cohesion across every touchpoint, while maintaining the firm’s elevated brand standards and compliance requirements.

Creative Approach

Our approach was rooted in brand systems thinking—building tools and templates that would empower the firm’s internal teams while maintaining design excellence. They began by auditing their existing materials and identifying opportunities to streamline how visual and written communication flowed across departments.

They then developed a comprehensive brand communication system that spanned Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), email systems and traditional design systems allowing Gluskin Sheff to maintain brand consistency within the platforms their teams used daily. Each template and layout was intentionally designed for clarity, hierarchy, and flexibility—enabling both marketing and client service teams to produce materials that looked refined and on-brand, without constant designer intervention.

Campaign Execution

Across two full rebrands and being their exclusive creative team from 2017 until they merged with RBC in 2023, we managed and executed the update, redesign, and creation of more than 200 assets—spanning marketing collateral, sales presentations, investor reports, client letters, forms, and internal documentation.
